Irving Freese
[edit]- ... that mayor Irving Freese of Norwalk, Connecticut, was re-elected despite his opponent having the endorsement of the Republicans, the Democrats, and even his own Socialist Party?

- The article's age, length and sourcing are fine. The hook is a good one, but it doesn't appear to be explicitly sourced in the article. Alansohn (talk) 20:11, 23 January 2013 (UTC)
- I copied the ref from one sentence over which had applied to the whole paragraph. "The Norwalk Hour. Irving Freese Five-Term Mayor Dies of Heart Ailment at Age 61" The information is in the fifth paragraph of that article.
