Good article, important topic, good sources. I am happy with the hook. The article has a very long lead, compared to the rest. I would prefer a shorter summary (no refs). I would like to see the full name with the Polish/German location in the hook, also to see "Aktion Sühnezeichen" mentioned once as the original, not only the "translation" ("reconciliation" isn't a good translation),
ALT1: ... that the International Youth Meeting Center in Oświęcim/Auschwitz near the former concentration camp fosters dialogue and reconciliation between Germans and Poles, Christians and Jews? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:55, 18 September 2012 (UTC)
Thanks for the review and the good ideas. I agree that the lead section had grown to be ungainly, and I've reorganized the article to shorten it. The German name of ARSP is given at the first reference. Regarding the hook, I feel that the usage "Oświęcim/Auschwitz" will be confusing to readers at first glance. This is particularly true for the readers that I most hope will click through, who will not be sure that Auschwitz is the name of the camp. Even ARSP is uncomfortable with the usage; depending on context, they use IJBS at Auschwitz, IJBS in Oświęcim, and IJBS at Oświęcim/Auschwitz. So for this case I'm suggesting that the exact article title not be copied into the hook. At the risk of an overlong hook (199 characters w. spaces), we could consider the variation:

  • Slightly tweaked:
