Implicature

- Article clearly passes the bright-line rules. The hook is well-cited; however, its tone is more of an April Fool's hook rather than a normal hook; do you have any other hooks if you don't want to delay it until then? Sceptre (talk) 13:32, 10 September 2019 (UTC)
