... that Gerhard Weber signed tennis player Steffi Graf, at age 17 before her international success, to be an ambassador for the Gerry Weber fashion brand he had co-founded? Source: [1] and many others
Reviewed: to come
Comment: Reviewer, he is right now In the news, but only by article name, no blurb, so is still eligible for DYK.
Overall: @Gerda Arendt: Article is new and expanded, around 7,300 bytes and 2,000 characters in prose. Adequately source, neutral in tone about the person, and plagiarism free as words and phrases are common between minimal matches. The hook is cited and is an interesting collaboration between two people, especially before one reaches critical acclaim internationally. The only thing needed is QPQ. As per anything the article could improve on, I would suggest changing the title of source [8] from "Gerhard Weber, Halle Tournament Founder & Fashion Designer, Dies Aged 79 | ATP Tour | Tennis" to just "Gerhard Weber, Halle Tournament Founder & Fashion Designer, Dies Aged 79" as to not include the awkward bare-reference fill-in. All the best. Adog (Talk・Cont) 21:04, 26 September 2020 (UTC)
