Dagger and sheath from the Khalili Collection

... that the Khalili Collection of Spanish Metalwork includes a Moroccan-style dagger (pictured) previously owned by King Alfonso XII of Spain? "This dagger is made in the form of a Moroccan jambiya [...] This dagger was obviously presented to King Alfonso XII (1874–75), probably on the occasion of a visit to Toledo." Lavin 1997, p.189
