Fourth Assembly of Madras State

- Article is new enough. The article as nominated closely paraphrased this source, I have tweaked to remove paraphrasing. The hook is now cited to the assembly's website which is OK. However the article, in accordance with rule 2c, is short of the minimum 1500 character prose length (ie not including the list contents). I make it just short of 900 characters at present, please expand to at least 1500 characters - Dumelow (talk) 16:50, 5 January 2013 (UTC)
