Farmer Review of the UK Construction Labour Model
[edit]- ... that in 2016, the British construction industry was told to Modernise or Die by a government report? "British construction must “modernise or die”, says damning government report" (Chartered Institute of Building)

- The source is from the Chartered Institute of Building which - while atypical as a source type - seems like it would be RS as a reputable professional society. It is not inline cited in the article, however, in this case the article name is, in fact, the hook and - per our MOS for lead sections - I suspect it should be fine not to be inline cited as a ref in the lead would be non-MOS compliant. A QPQ is done and there's no image. The article is NPOV, new enough, and appears free of copyvio. The hook is interesting. Chetsford (talk) 09:34, 8 November 2018 (UTC)
