Overall: I reviewed this for GA, and hope that it's OK for me to review for DYK too. The picture is, I think, clear enough at this size to represent the delegation. Both propsoed hooks are fine - I prefer the first. BennyOnTheLoose (talk) 11:00, 15 March 2023 (UTC)
