- Interesting life, on good sources, subscription sources accepted AGF, no copyvio obvious. The image is licensed and a good illustration? I am not happy with the hook. One header says "A rebel of many causes", and this sounds too tame for my taste. I will approve it if you insist ;) - In the article, I find the first images confusing, - can you try to not have them sandwich the text and displace a header. Perhaps by dropping the one of his father? If not, I'd still approve, but first try, please. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:08, 28 February 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks for the review, Gerda Arendt! A couple of the images in the body of the article have already been removed, so I think that addresses your concern about the images. The image used for the hook is indeed licensed (CC BY 4.0) and used in the article. How about this alternate for the hook:

- I still need to complete my QPQ for this nomination, but otherwise, I think I've addressed your concerns. Michael Barera (talk) 16:47, 28 February 2020 (UTC)
- Yes, thank you, better. That contradiction is more obvious, even to non-Americans. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:52, 28 February 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks, Gerda Arendt. I've now completed my QPQ (Nettie Lee Benson) and copied the ALT hook just below my initial hook to make it more visible. I think this nomination is ready for your final review now. Michael Barera (talk) 16:50, 2 March 2020 (UTC)
