Seven Pandas - While tedious, the review must address all of the criteria. I recommend using the "Reviewer's template for easy copy+paste" (when you're editing this page, it's in the green collapsing bar above the edit window), as it's quick and easy and covers all the requirements. Thank you. Restoring tick per Seven Pandas' review. Yoninah (talk) 20:02, 1 July 2020 (UTC)
Hi. I've pulled this from prep, as I believe that the logo may meet the threshold of originality in Germany to be eligible for copyright protection. If that's the case, the logo needs to be given a fair-use rationale, and can't be on the main page. The Squirrel Conspiracy (talk) 07:17, 2 July 2020 (UTC)
@The Squirrel Conspiracy: I'm not familiar with German copyright law. I saw on the Commons file that someone had created the image, and I thought it was all right. I trust your judgment. Yoninah (talk) 10:21, 2 July 2020 (UTC)
@The C of E and Yoninah: The thing is, I don't know for sure. Germany threshold of originality is unclear. You absolutely can create a copyrighted work by combining public domain resources together, but does this qualify? I'm going to ask at Commons:Village pump/Copyright. Recent news from the area I edit in has left me disheartened and sapped my motivation to write, so I'm not going to be around much for a few days/weeks. Do whatever you feel is best, and if you need someone to restore the tick, Yoninah can do so procedurally. The Squirrel Conspiracy (talk) 18:41, 4 July 2020 (UTC)
Based on that query, restoring tick for image and hook. Yoninah (talk) 18:49, 4 July 2020 (UTC)
Thanks, I hope it can be restored to an image slot which it had been ripped from. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 19:09, 4 July 2020 (UTC)
