Detroit-style pizza
- ... that Detroit-style pizza (pictured) traditionally is baked in an automotive drip pan or parts tray? Source: https://www.chicagotribune.com/dining/craving/ct-food-history-of-detroit-pizza-20180814-story.html "Food service suppliers in 1946 weren’t what they are now; bakery pans weren’t the right dimensions for the pizza Buddy’s was making. So, instead, they used 8-inch-by-10-inch or 10-inch-by-14-inch pans often used as drip trays."

- Awesome article. Stand with all criteria (most of it already dealt with in the GAR). The hook is interesting but I think we need more clarification on the source, which states that the bakery used pans "often used as drip trays". Maybe change the hook to something like "baked in the same type of pans use as automotive drip trays".--Bolter21 (talk to me) 11:36, 3 May 2020 (UTC)
