- I prefer ALT1 but I am not sure about using google books as a source as I cannot access the relevant pages, the hook feels right and is interesting but we need a more easily accessible source, which given the subject matter should be available.Quetzal1964 (talk) 13:07, 20 May 2018 (UTC)
- Hi Quetzal1964, thanks for reviewing. I have now carried out a QPQ review at Template:Did you know nominations/Ozobranchus branchiatus. With regards the sources, please note that there is no requirement for all/any sources to an article to be accessible - only that they are reliable. See, for example, WP:Paywall or WP:Offline sources. Note that there is a specific checkmark for DYK reviews where the reviewer cannot access the sources but accepts them in good faith: {{DYKtickAGF}}. Hope that helps - Dumelow (talk) 20:44, 20 May 2018 (UTC)
- Hi Quetzal1964, did you have any more thoughts on this? - Dumelow (talk) 08:44, 29 May 2018 (UTC)
- Hi Dumelow I have been thinking about it and I am still uncomfortable with not being able to confirm the hook with my own sight of the source. As I said I think other sources should be readily available and I have found them. So Quetzal1964 (talk) 17:17, 29 May 2018 (UTC)
