- Article newness and size verified, hook and hook length both verified. References are reliable and their compliance with the stated facts is also verified. No other plagiarism or close paraphrasing detected, except in these two sentences: CTUC was transformed into CTUG on December 31, 2004. and Through ITUC, CTUG is accredited at the Commonwealth Foundation.[2] which are a bit too close to the ones found at the refs and should be modified.
