Cwmhiraeth, review follows: article more than 5x expanded within relevant period; article is well written and cited inline to reliable sources throughout; I didn't spot any overly close paraphrasing in a check on the sources; hook is sufficiently interesting (though is the IUCN sufficiently well known by the acronym to warrant abbreviating its name?); hook facts are mentioned in article and check out to the sources cited; a QPQ has been carried out.
