Article has undergone an 8.4x expansion and is long enough, neutral, sourced, and plagiarism-free :) hook is cited and interesting, and a qpq has been done. The image is freely licensed and clear. However (and this might just be my jewish-childhood-eating-cold-pita-and-cold-cheese-reaction talking), the picture does not exactly sell the condiment's appeal.
