Overall: 
The reason for the decline is a procedural one. The article has not been expanded 5 times within the last 7-10 days. Prior to the work done the article had 4303 characters of readable prose(April 8) and now only has 15803 characters (28 Apr). To meant the 5 expansion you would need 21500+. While it has been nominated for GAN it has yet to pass. Other than that the article is in good condition. The only thing is whether there is any more intriguing hooks?
