Hook eligibility:
- Cited: - The source here above (from Reuters) is not in the article, but a different reference is used in the article (ref. #1 VOA). This should be harmonized (I prefer Reuters over VOA).
- Interesting:

Overall: Article size is technically long enough but at bare minimum - 1537 characters; almost seems like a case of WP:BIO1E. Nothing else to add? -- P 1 9 9 ✉ 15:22, 10 May 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks for your comments. I added the Reuters ref to the article. You are right that the article was the bare minimum--I came across it a couple of days after it was created and thought that it was interesting and should be featured as a DYK, but was busy that day so only added enough text to make it just long enough for DYK. However, there is a lot more to say about Alfred Brownell. I've now expanded the article a bit and edited for accuracy. Thanks, Philepitta (talk) 03:45, 15 May 2019 (UTC)
- The hook source has been addressed, and article is a bit longer. Looks good to me. -- P 1 9 9 ✉ 12:56, 17 May 2019 (UTC)
- The hook facts need to be included and cited in the article before this can be promoted. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:12, 5 June 2019 (UTC)
- I added the fact that the Goldman Environmental Prize is also called the "Green Nobel," which I think was the missing piece. Was that the fact that you were looking for? Thanks, Philepitta (talk) 03:37, 6 June 2019 (UTC)
