Agreed. I make several loaves of this every week. Just look in any Jewish cookbook for Challa recipes and you can find instructions on doing 3, 4 and 6 braided. On tube you can find even more braids than that. You can braid it in under a minute. Perhaps a 12 braided one might be a little more difficult but that can be learned too (you can also find a video of that on youtube).
