Cost, traffic

[edit]

I'm sorry but as a transport enthusiast, I do not see congestion happening here, unless it's somehow hiding on Google Traffic. Also, the cost of $600 million to $1.7 billion seems WAY out of whack compared to the relatively dirt cheap award-winning High Five Interchange in Texas, or the more recent and comparable $560 ($600-ish) million Dolphin–Palmetto Interchange in the Miami area of South Florida, which is larger in about every measurable way, already had more traffic, and is in "corruption central" as far as wasted money and insider nepotistic payments. I know this is a page to discuss the article, not the interchange, but I can't resist pointing out that the cost is that of rebuilding a rather large existing interchange. If the Zoo Interchange hadn't existed prior to now, it would have never cost near what it does cost to tear down ramps and rebuild new ones, all while maintaining the traffic through what is arguably the busiest interchange in Wisconsin.User:Dr-t 11 June 2017

Location

[edit]

When looking at this junction, it appears as though while the center is in the Municipal boundaries of Milwaukee, some of the ramps also go through the city of West Allis. Should this be mentioned? NintendoTTTEfan2005 (talk) 08:03, 4 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I think it would be OK to change the location to Milwaukee County as opposed to just Milwaukee. huntertur (talk) 16:06, 4 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, that sounds fine to me. NintendoTTTEfan2005 (talk) 16:19, 4 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
