The foundation of Confucian orthodoxy
[edit]The phrasing of this subsection, namely, "See also", is a little odd. As it stands, it says that the Great Learning and the Chung Yung constituted the foundation of Confucian Orthodoxy. This is a defensible standpoint, but the usual judgement is that the Four Books constituted this foundation. If that, more normal, meaning is what was intended, one must insert a `which' at the beginning of the clause. Which I will do, in due time. Or perhaps the confusion is about "constituted". It is not a synonym for 'makes up a part of'. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.236.211.247 (talk) 03:53, 21 March 2021 (UTC)
