Do you happen to known how many subspecies of Tauraco persa there are? The article mentions 3. If there are only a few then it might be best to describe them all on on Guinea turaco which is still very short, and only split off separate subspecies articles if and when the article becomes too large and detailed. See WP:SPLIT for more details. And to make a taxobox, a good shortcut is to copy and paste the taxobox of a related species (e.g. the Guinea turaco), and add or change the relevant fields (in this case you'd replace binomial with trinomial, add a subspecies field, wikilink link to T. persa, etc.).
