Middle Eastern people of Pakistani descent?

An unregistered editor added the category "Middle Eastern people of Pakistani descent", before I reverted it. Zayd ibn Ali was a Sayyid, Hashemite, Qurayshi, Adnanite, Ishmaelite Arab from the Hejaz in West Asia, who lived long before the creation of Pakistan in South Asia!
