I assessed this as a "Start" class since it is clearly more than dictionary definition but while sources are listed the article lacks citation. I rated the article as "Mid" importance because while this is a very important historical topic it doesn't fall into any category listed as "High" importance. I personally believe that this article should be of "High" importance to our project, but will defer that until some interest may be generated in expanding this article.
