Linked articles contradict each other
[edit]Asalaam alaikum (peace be unto you)
It's very interesting that one of the linked articles says that Dr. Bey died of colon cancer, and the other says that he actually had prostate cancer that spread throughout his body.
So which was it? Falsely saying that he died of colon cancer seems to me to be a shot at Your Black Muslim Bakery.... that in fact Your Black Muslim Bakery does not sell healthy food.
The foods served at Your Black Muslim Bakery are based on the teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, and in particular, his books How to Eat to Live. So really, falsely saying that Dr. Bey died of colon cancer is a veiled, underhanded, and devilish attack of the teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, the last and greatest Messenger of Allah.

Well, according to the Obit, he had Prostate Cancer that had spread to his colon. While he may not have died of colon cancer, it was cancer that originated in his prostate. It was stated that it was simply an "inoperable cancer" so that leaves it to be quite ambiguous as to the cause of death stated by the paper. If you want something more accurate, then a request for the death certificate is in order. I don't see it as an attack on anyone's religion but merely not being accurate enough that it should have been clarified in the paper. --Hourick 17:30, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
Seperation of Your Black Muslim Bakery with Yusuf Bey
[edit]While I think the proper redirect is necessary, I believe that events are starting to warrant it's own article in the near future as the ties to the murder are coming into focus. Also, since Yusuf Bey is not involved in the murders, then the bakery should be the focus of the article as events start to unfold, considering the number of arrests following the raid. --Hourick 13:26, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
Change to article: weapon used to kill Chauncey Bailey was NOT found in the bakery
[edit]Insidebayarea.com (ktvu) reports that the shotgun allegedly used to murder reporter Chauncey Bailey was found at the home of confessed killer Devaughndre Broussard in the 1000 block of 59th Street in Oakland, not at Your Black Muslim Bakery.
I will change the Wiki article immedeately.

Cleanup tag
[edit]Why is there a 'cleanup' tag on this, it looks fine. I think it should removed. Please remove it unless there is some reason for it.Seth J. Frantzman 19:28, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
- Some parts of it needs to be summarized a bit and have the individual sections segregated. It's a fine article, just needs to be sectioned off a bit.
