This article is in great shape. I just have a few comments/queries:

the article would benefit from a map showing where the Yukon is, as an Australian, my knowledge of Canadian geography is limited, and I'm sure that would be common among readers not from Canada. I also think a map showing the route taken would also be useful in that section of the article.

It isn't clear what the relationship of the Yukon was to the rest of Canada at this stage, especially when you later say that ppl are travelling from Canada to the Yukon. Was it part of Canada at that stage?

Note a talks about a stampede, I think that has a different meaning than gold rush, and suggest sticking to similar terms
