Hong Kong?

[edit]

Is it true that people eat stuffed tofu in clear soup in Hong Kong?Wai Hong 17:29, 23 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

As a Cantonese person, I never heard of that. But I wonder why the dim sum version of the dish is not in this article. Fried (or steamed in rare cases) and stuffed with ground shrimp/lard. Celera65 (talk) 19:04, 18 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Same as 鱼豆腐?

[edit]

Would anyone happen to know if this is the same as 鱼豆腐? I've seen these characters more often on Chinese menus and the dish looks similar to 酿豆腐, but I really don't know. Thumbtax (talk) 13:24, 4 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Yong Tau FooYong tau foo – This is not a proper name, but rather the name of a generic food. Typically, Chinese names of tofu dishes are not capitalised. 888-lucky-fish (talk) 04:34, 3 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
