@Utsav Malik: While you have toned down the non-neutrality a bit, there is still a problem with "commitment to public welfare" and "commitment to the well-being of his constituency". Those are opinions, and while Wikipedia can report on the opinions expressed by others, with proper citation, we cannot make this statement without such an attribution and source. Further, you have provided vast swaths of information about Dhama's personal and professional life, still without any reliable sources. So, no, this change will not be made until you can answer these concerns. PS: Apologies for refactoring your comments, but it made reviewing and responding significantly easier.
