he is notable enough to not have this article be speedy deleted, he was the chief justice of Turkey. Please see this or this, all blue links. ADD is "Atatürkçü Düşünce Derneği", a leading NGO in Turkey. After his retirement he became leader of this NGO. Besides, the article was created only 7 minutes before the speedy delete nomination. deniz^T_C 10:00, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
