Notability and sources
[edit]The initial stub for this article doesn't say anything to indicate notability or even significance, and if I hadn't done a bit of research I could have easily hit it with a speedy delete, but a bit of searching turned up some sources that suggest notability. Since I have no interest in or knowledge of golf, I'm going to list some here for others to use in expanding the article:
- "A different 'World'", Hernando Today
- "On top of the world Despite its remote location, the critically-acclaimed World Woods GolfClub is on pace for more than 60,000 rounds this year", Tampa Tribune
- "It's a (golf) world unto itself", St. Petersburg Times
- "World Woods project to be massive", St. Petersburg Times

- World Woods has been sold to a new developer as noted at the bottom.
- I'd suggest moving the page to a new title "Cabot Citrus Farms" - the design change is significant and will attract attention from media and golf travelers. ThomasBrown (talk) 05:26, 12 March 2023 (UTC)
