- My father was at working on the other side of willow island when the tower fell. He had been offered a job on the tower about a week before, but had a bad feeling about it, so turned the job down Herogamer (talk) 17:33, 10 June 2009 (UTC)
Other similiar disasters
[edit]Was this the only disaster of this kind? If no, when and were did they happen?
part of a cooling tower at the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Plant collapesed in 2007. No one was injured. And one in Hawaii where one person was killed in 2009 http://www.kitv.com/news/19481645/detail.html
The only large collapse I can think of (or find) is in the move .... X-Men Origins: Wolverine. But that is hollywood, not real life Herogamer (talk) 19:35, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
Rewriting needed
[edit]Parts of this article were copied verbatim or nearly verbatim from the Charleston Gazette article by Ken Ward to which I have now provided an archive.org link. I have reworded the article somewhat, but it should probably be rewritten more extensively to better remedy the plagiarism. Gildir (talk) 16:33, 9 April 2013 (UTC)
