Chaplin
[edit]There's a link in the article to another page on the Chaplin family (that is, the family of Charlie Chaplin)
but thee's nothing on that page to show that Hilary Russell (nee Chaplin) is part of that acting family
Is she? Or is it that she just happens to have had the surname Chaplin?

Please can you remove (Lord Mayor) from the title and add an image of William in place of the coat of arms? Not done

- Changing the page name to William Russell will lead to a disambiguation issue (click the William Russell link to see what I mean). I did not see an image of Russell in Wikimedia commons, so if f you could please upload a freely licensed image and reopen this request, I or another editor will review.
