Victoria Place

[edit]

The Simms's residence was on Victoria Place, Glenelg. One report has it north of St Peter's Anglican church, which would be Nile Street, or there's an L-shaped thoroughfare east of Nile which appears to be unnamed, but hardly qualifies as "overlooking Colley Reserve". It would have been a decent sized place, maybe not on the scale of Paringa Hall or Alvington (though they were in the same wealth bracket), but definitely had a tennis court. Any ideas?
