[edit]Nelson and Runk got it wrong. Lincoln could not have appointed Johnston to the commission to revise federal statutes because that appointment came in 1866. Andrew Johnson was the culprit, not Lincoln. Belastro (talk) 06:07, 4 April 2013 (UTC)
