I'm thinking "Details" instead of location. Its broader and this way it can have the location plus other info. Then I propose removing the old names from the lead and add them to the history section with the years/reasons for the changes. Reassessment - I find this article of START class quality and have ajusted accordingly. Nice collaborative work on the details of the center. Lived in Portland for 15 years and did not know this kind of detail indicated in this article. C. Williams (talk) 10:37, 18 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
