Keep. I think the article on wawasan nusantara or Indonesian archipelagic vision is quite important for study of contemporary Indonesian geopolitics and current Southeast Asian politics, diplomatics and international relations. Especially in the currently volatile multinational maritime dispute in the region of South China Sea, the Indonesian perspective and argument is quite relevant. It was initially translated from Indonesian wikipedia article and mainly based on government source, thus it might sounds a lot like government propaganda; it was indeed loaded with Indonesian national interest. Nevertheless, it is notable enough to warrant the article to be kept, instead of complete deletion. I think it need more non-government references, such as from medias and perhaps from foreign sources, and improve the writings to be more neutral, academic and encyclopedic. Thank you.Gunkartatalk12:55, 22 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Comment The text current is so much based on government sources, thus primary sources, that it is hard for outsiders to understand its relevance and factual role and implementation in Indonesian politics. The outside view from secondary sources, both national and international, is badly needed, otherwise it indeed "sounds a lot like government propaganda". By "outside" I do not only mean the view from non-Indonesian scholars/commentators, but also the view from Indonesian non-"cadre" sources. Only by means of such sources we will able to evaluate the actual impact of the wawasan nusantara and its WP:notability. –Austronesier (talk) 13:41, 22 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
