Update?

The level of detail in this article is amazing. It is in need of an update now that the hotel is open. At a minimum, the tense should be changed. In terms of content, there should be some mention of whether the bonds are paying as expected and their current rating. Bangabandhu (talk) 09:28, 28 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Finally, what is the name of this hotel?

The article's title says it's "Washington Marriott Marquis". Next, the lead section calls it "Marriott Marquis Washington, DC". Well then, which one is the real name? The latter version corresponds to the name used in Marriott's website (http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/wasco-marriott-marquis-washington-dc/), meaning the title of the article should be fixed. --AVM (talk) 17:05, 19 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
