Flew there?

So, in the Bhopal_disaster article it implies that the guy *was* there and managed to fly out of India. In this article here it says that he *flew there* and was later released again. Even now they didn't tell the poison that they delivered to the air, to try to help the victims. This in this two last articles you can see how they defend an US citizen even if he is responsible for all this and the company, they only make money about this. There is nothing said about the repercutions in the people...
