Regarding the Ward Bakery Company Building entry, I am a co-author and blog keeper of what is described as "copyrighted material" from DDDB.net. I have permission to use this material, it is orginal research done by some of our volunteers and is actually not copyrighted anyway.

I've emailed permissions-en@wikimedia.org saying the same.

Okay, it is not my research. It was researched by local preservationists in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, members of the Prospect Heights Historic Association.
