I can't say definitively that Ann (who predeceased Walter) was their only child, but I have yet to find any evidence of other children. A niece (Mrs Hamilton) seems to have acquired Walter's house at Eight Mile Plains after his death, suggesting she inherited it in the absence of any surviving children. The botanical template that someone added creates errors (something to do with the references), not to mention adding some ugly horizontal lines. I'd rather they'd just added the text rather than use this apparently dodgy template. Kerry (talk) 07:55, 25 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
