Redirect
[edit]Should the page 2011 Arizona wildfire redirect here? Sfoske70 (talk) 00:00, 9 June 2011 (UTC)
- There is another major wildfire this year in AZ (the Horseshoe 2 Fire and several smaller ones (see InciWeb's Arizona page), so 2011 Arizona wildfires would need to be a dab or a list (List of 2011 Arizona wildfires). -- 208.81.184.4 (talk) 15:06, 9 June 2011 (UTC)
It wouldn't seem very practical. Arizona has dozens of fires each year. Redirecting it would make it look like this is the only fire that has occurred. Dusty777 (talk) 16:21, 10 June 2011 (UTC)
- This is an unusually bad fire year. Might be useful to list the major fires, including those that already have Wikipages. Cheers, Pete Tillman (talk) 18:20, 17 June 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Should the sattelite image of the Wallow Fire at the top of the article be updated, because it is over a week old? Sfoske70 (talk) 14:38, 17 June 2011 (UTC)
Current event?
[edit]The article refers to the fire as past tense, but as far as I know, it is still going on. Shouldn't this be upgraded to a current event? Just curious! --ḾỊḼʘɴίcả • Talk • I DX for fun! 18:58, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
Immigrants?
[edit]John McCain is claiming that the fire was caused by illegal immigrants to draw border agents away from the border. Is there any evidence that this might be, in any manner, true? The Mark of the Beast (talk) 19:39, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
- I'm not sure if its being reported anywhere else, but here is one link. [1] --ḾỊḼʘɴίcả • Talk • I DX for fun! 19:52, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for that, but I was really looking for documentation to support or disprove McCain's assertion. The Mark of the Beast (talk) 23:06, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
- Good luck. --ḾỊḼʘɴίcả • Talk • I DX for fun! 23:42, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for that, but I was really looking for documentation to support or disprove McCain's assertion. The Mark of the Beast (talk) 23:06, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
I think McCain is referring to the Horseshoe 2 and the Monument fires.... Not the Wallow. Dusty777 (talk) 17:25, 21 June 2011 (UTC)
