Floors and area
[edit]The renders show 9 stacked boxes with 10, 10, 10, 11, 11, 11, 11, 10, and 10 floors. 94 actual floors. CTBUH so far says 98. The top 5 floors penthouse is about 30,000 sq ft x 20 = 600,000 sq ft main tower plus a ~200,000 sq ft base behind the building with parking garages etc. Marketing quotes the building having 800,000 sq ft and of course '100 stories'. Tallest in southeast or even the 'southern United States' including Texas
[edit]This or any of the other 1,040 feet (320 m) above ground level builidngs pending in Miami would overtake the Bank of America Plaza (Atlanta) (311 meters or 1,020 ft) in Atlanta and the under construction The Waterline (near 1,020 ft) in Austin. See List of tallest buildings in Austin, Texas. B137 (talk) 06:07, 22 January 2024 (UTC)
