About match between Apollo Crews and Nia Jax vs Bobby Roode and Charlotte Flair
[edit]Should there be a note next the their brackets indicating that Apollo and Nia Jax had Titus WorldWide (Dana Brooke and Titus O'Neil) at ringside) cause they were pretty much involved the match most of the time at ringside. BusriderSF2015 (talk) 8:12PM, 20 February 2018 (PT)
- There is no reason not to have a prose section where all this sort of stuff belongs. Definitely not in the table, but no reason not to have a season summary that all this stuff could be discussed in. - GalatzTalk 14:29, 21 February 2018 (UTC)
Removing Mix Match Challenge Brands Color and Brands from Brackets and Teams
[edit]- @JDC808::@Galatz:I think putting Superstars Brand up there is no longer necessary after Auska became a Smackdown Superstar at Fastlane 2018. BusriderSF2015 02:48, 12 March 2018 (UTC)
- Based on what? There has been absolutely nothing that indicates she has switched brands. People have many times faces someone from a different brand at WM. - GalatzTalk 02:55, 12 March 2018 (UTC)
- @Galatz: idk about that, looks a Free Agent like John Cena eventhrough on TV they did not mention it
Once she wins the WWE Smackdown Women Championship, she will not doubt become a Smackdown Superstar and no longer Raw 🥇BUSriderSF2015 (talk • contribs) 07:14, 21 March 2018 (UTC)
- Based on nothing but your WP:OR and WP:CRYSTAL information? You once against are providing no WP:RS to back up your stance. - GalatzTalk 13:01, 21 March 2018 (UTC)
- The WWE SmackDown Women's Championship is a women's professional wrestling championship created and promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion WWE on the SmackDown brand.
When Auska wins the Smackdown Women Champion she will be a Smackdown Superstar 🥇BUSriderSF2015 (talk • contribs) 00:25, 29 March 2018 (UTC)

WWE Mixed Match Challenge Season 2 Coming Soon!
[edit]Regarding Random Edits - I have not heard any details (or even a slight hint of details) of Season 2 Mixed Match Challenge or it being cancelled. Is there even existing source missing or something. 🥇BUSriderSFUser (talk • contribs) 22:09, 4 April 2018 (UTC)
- Lol. I've posed the same question. I'm not exactly knowledgeable about this program or WWE in general but I do understand television programming. If a show hasn't been cancelled or renewed, and it isn't close-ended like a miniseries, than it has not ended once a season is complete. Someone cited an article describing the show as 12 episode series. However, that article did not call the show a limited series or something of the like. The line that they were referring to could read as simply stating that the first season of the show will have 12 episodes. I for one would wait to list it as having ended until that can be properly verified and cited. – BoogerD (talk) 22:16, 4 April 2018 (UTC)
- Well idk, we just have wait until the near ...next year Mixed Match Challenge if they going do a 2nd Series, because Vince McMahon might be not happy about the viewership of the WWE Mixed Match Challenge Series as i reviewed the WO source.
- This link you are referring to is [1], which states {tq|The 12-episode series will air on Facebook Watch and feature WWE Superstars from both the Raw and SmackDown LIVE rosters competing in a single-elimination mixed tag-team tournament to win $100,000 to support the charity of their choice.}} Now granted shows in Europe might use series to describe a season, the WWE clearly meant this line to read as 12 and done. The exclusion of the prefix mini as the sole reason to not put an end date is pretty silly. Sure, companies can change their mind, they brought back Prison Break 10 years later, and Rosanne even more than that. For now though, it was advertised as 12 episodes and done. - GalatzTalk 03:22, 5 April 2018 (UTC)
- I don't know how you'd know what the WWE meant in that statement with absolute certainty unless you drafted it for them. It is not merely the exclusion of the prefix "mini" here. Plenty of press releases for new shows have described the upcoming program as a "10 episode series" or a "13 episode series". That is what the issue was there. An inference is being made by claiming that the series is done for good. Until Facebook or WWE unequivocally says that it is not over I don't see how one could claim definitively that it is over. – BoogerD (talk) 03:42, 5 April 2018 (UTC)
- Perhaps I am wrong, but I do not recall ever seeing season 1 of any show as a "10 episode series". I have seen it say they've been picked up for 10 episodes, or something like that. I chose 2 shows randomly that I knew would be well cited and looked at the ref in the opening for the show being picked up. When you look at the source in the opening of Homeland (season 1) [2] it refers to it as a 12 episode season. The article cited in the lead of This Is Us (TV series) [3] refers to it as a 16 episode freshman series. Sure these are just two examples, but I have edited tons of articles on TV shows and never come across a reference referring to season 1 as a series. - GalatzTalk 03:55, 5 April 2018 (UTC)
- I have created a number of television series articles with development sections that include cited articles that report series orders in the manner I stated above. I looked at the links you provided. I couldn't find anything on Homeland's season 1 that resembled a link to an article announcing the show being greenlit. I found the one you were referencing on the This Is Us page and that was actually not an article announcing the series but rather one reporting that NBC had given the show an order for an additional 5 episodes after the first season had begun airing.

- To clarify, there are plenty of instances where articles are published announcing a show that specify them being picked up for an "X-episode first season" like you've said. However, there are also plenty that merely refer to the series order by saying that said network had given an episode for the "X-episode series". There is no single rule or guideline that reporters follow when reporting on this. However the former makes things much less ambiguous. The articles you provided did not do much to support the argument you are trying to make.
- Honestly, I have no intention of reverting anything on the page at this point. Not a priority of mine and I'm more focused on other things here on Wikipedia. However, I'm plenty happy to continue having a discussion with someone especially when I feel I have something to add. Have a nice evening, BoogerD (talk) 04:11, 5 April 2018 (UTC)

The Round Robin S2
[edit]Hey, I see we've had a few back and forth edits on this. I know the article on .com says everyone will face everyone, and I assumed I was wrong too when that was pointed out.
However, we have two separate standings tables, all matches thus far have been Raw vs Raw and SmackDown vs Smackdown, and at the current rate of 2 matches per show, every team facing every team would take 45 matches, or 22 and a half weeks. The final is at TLC, which is in 10 weeks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.237.176.7 (talk) 11:54, 4 October 2018 (UTC)
- I understand, but unless a reliable source says otherwise, this should stand based on the quote from WWE.com. I've done minimal research on this, but if you can find a reliable source that contradicts WWE.com, be my guest. Also, please log in. I assume this is the same editor who has been reverting me for the past few weeks, but please log in to have any further conversation attributed to your account. - I believe they have mentioned during the show that it is Raw vs Raw and SD vs SD - Galatz גאליץשיחה Talk 16:09, 8 October 2018 (UTC)
The source would be watching the show and looking at when they show the standings each week in the first couple minutes. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Arsenalroy2k (talk • contribs) 01:44, 10 October 2018 (UTC)
