[edit]When the FCC database doesn't match the information here, I research why. The FCC history of this station is a mess, and hints there is probably "more to the story". The FCC approved a transfer of the station license From the bankruptcy "Stop 26 Riverbend Licenses LLC, Debtor in Possession" to Bernard Radio in 2007, which is marked as consumated - but the licensee is still listed in the FCC database as the D.I.P., and there are a series of objections that were filed after the transfer was approved.
