I have performed as much of a copy edit as is possible on this text. However, there are some substantial sections remaining that are incoherent. I cannot make heads or tails of what they're trying to say, and there are no references given to consult. In other parts of the article, I've been able to find references to reconstruct the proper meaning into the article.
