Oppose, per WP:COMMONNAME. Known as "Vera" for her sports career, see Google books preview, with multiple mentions coming up. Only one comes up for "Vira". --K.e.coffman (talk) 06:54, 3 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
For "Vira" - twice, and pay attention to years. Your links are on the old Soviet (read Russian) times. Then all the Ukrainian names of Soviet propaganda were written in Russian. It is unacceptable now. This is Ukrainian people, not Russian! And in new books authors write it is in Ukrainian - "Vira". --Микола Василечко (talk) 16:31, 3 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
