The sources cited at this article, and at the articles on other language Wikipedia projects, do not appear to be sufficient to meet WP:GNG, as the coverage appears to be limited to sources affiliated with the Catholic Church, self-published sources or otherwise non-independent coverage. Per WP:CLERGYOUTCOMES, bishops generally survive AfD, but it's unclear to me that this applies to titular or auxiliary bishops.
