In addition to the sources at the end of the article, a simple Google search shows this is the normal English term, for example, here, here and here. There is even an Upper Lusatian House Road here. Since these houses occur in both Germany and Poland, it makes further sense to use the English name. But do feel free to cite the name more specifically in the text.
