There are a number of reasons given for not publishing this to article space, including notability, but Wikipedia:College and university article guideline#Notability says

 In general, all colleges and universities are de facto notable and should be included on Wikipedia

Other issues noted with the draft

There were concerns about;

Single Purpose Author - other wikipedians have now contributed.
Tone - this has been addressed by editing for style
Promotion - edited out
External inks in body - removed
