Attention Needed

This document reads far more like something one would find in an officer's manual than in an encyclopedia. Wikipedia is not a directory, and I don't even really follow what the meaning or significance of the items on that list of links are anyway. Wikipedia is also not Wikisource - this is not the place for simply cutting and pasting legal documents; rather, secondary sources should be utilized to form a discussion of the origins, history, and significance of the USML.
