States that have not adopted UETA

According to the Uniform Law Commission ("ULC") web site [1], three states IL, NY and WA have not adopted UETA. The ULC indicates Puerto Rico also has not adopted which contradicts this Wikipedia entry. A quick review of the website of the office of the Commissioner of Puerto Rico did not reveal adoption of UETA. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.47.202.254 (talk) 14:21, 5 April 2017 (UTC)
